When trying to lose weight, people get caught up in the latest fad and forget the basic rules behind fat loss that work for everyone. Period. I don't care if you are the King of Pakistan or a servant in Latin America.
The biggest thing you can do toward weight loss is get in the right frame of mind, everything after that becomes kind of secondary and bears a lot less weight.
When you are in the right frame of mind, it doesn't matter what sort of exercise you do, it will work.
However if you are not in the right frame of mind, you won't get off the couch to jog to the refrigerator.
